About the Position
After profitably scaling our online business to over €150M in less than three years, we successfully entered retail this year — launching in over 5,000 stores! Now, we’re focused on accelerating this channel and transforming HOLY into a true international omnichannel brand.
To fuel this exciting journey, we’re looking for a Working Student in Retail Operations to strengthen our team and help ensure smooth execution across all retail processes.
Your Impact
Order Management: Oversee the full order flow from our retail partners - from placement to delivery - coordinating with 3PL providers and ensuring accurate product, pricing, and data updates.
Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for retail partners, building our retail support processes and ensuring top satisfaction.
Collaboration & Onboarding: Work closely with operations and retail teams to onboard new partners seamlessly and support integrations.
Optimization: Monitor logistics performance, assist with fleet management, and share regular insights to improve delivery reliability and efficiency.

The Process
As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.
- Getting to know you: We will have a 30 minute screening interview where we will talk to you more about HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match.
- Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study to complete at home.
- On-site interview: In the meeting, Jonas, our Retail Operations Manager and the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions.
- Interview with Ben: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with Ben, our Retail Director. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
- Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!
