About the Position
HOLY is growing fast: with bold
campaigns, expanding
retail partnerships, and an ever-
increasing customer basefueling demand across all channels. To keep pace with this momentum, we’re looking for a
Senior Promotional Sourcing Manager who will play a key role in creating, sourcing, and delivering high-quality, brand-aligned merchandise and campaign products. In this role, you’ll drive product innovation, build strong supplier partnerships, and establish sourcing frameworks and quality standards that ensure every item reflects HOLY’s brand and customer expectations.

Product Innovation for Merchandise- Generate ideas for new merchandise and campaign products that resonate with customers.
- Manage the concept-to-production lifecycle, ensuring quality and brand fit.
Merchandise & Campaign Sourcing- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for merchandise and campaign products (e.g., bottles, textiles and other promotional products).
- Identify, onboard, and manage suppliers to balance cost, quality, and lead times.
- Negotiate terms and align on long-term supplier collaboration goals.
Framework Building for Sourcing Process- Implement SOPs for sourcing, supplier vetting, freight optimization, and product database maintenance.
- Establish supplier performance metrics and quality tracking systems.
Supplier Quality Alignment- Define and communicate quality standards with suppliers.
- Follow up on defects or deviations, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and address recurring issues.

- Hiring Manager Interview with Alina, our Supply Chain Lead.
- Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study.
- Advanced discussion: In this on-site meeting, the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions in our office.
- Founder interview: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
- Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!
