About the Position
We’re hiring a Head of UK Country Lead to lead the next phase of HOLY’s hypergrowth in one of our most strategic markets. The UK is a critical growth lever, with a €100M+ revenue target over the next two years, building on a strong existing base and rapidly growing fan community.

As Head of UK, you’ll own the market P&L and oversee five core growth levers — Partnerships, Activation, Community, Business Development, and Media — while working closely with the Retail team to maximise UK market impact. You’ll lead a high-performing team, scale a high-impact growth engine, and make HOLY a deeply loved, culturally relevant brand in the UK across both DTC and retail channels, powered by world-class paid media and in-store activation.

This role is based in the UK or Berlin with frequent travel between both. You’ll operate cross-functionally from one place while staying deeply embedded in the UK market and connected to the HQ.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow the UK market P&L with ambitious revenue, CAC, LTV, and margin targets
  • Lead and scale the UK team across Partnerships, Activation, Community, and Business Development, launching and optimising high-impact partnerships, activations, and community programs.
  • Adapt global campaigns for the UK market and launch local-first creative initiatives
  • Act as the face of HOLY in the UK across media, creators, and community platforms
  • Collaborate with central teams to ensure quality, speed, and consistency across all touchpoints
  • Feed UK market insights into product, brand, and international strategy
About You
We're seeking an exceptional leader with a proven track record in scaling consumer brands and delivering market growth. You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • 7+ years experience in brand, marketing, partnerships, or market leadership roles (FMCG, consumer brand, or high-growth environment)
  • Strong UK market expertise, including creator, activation, and community landscapes
  • Full P&L ownership experience
  • Proven leadership of multi-function senior teams
  • Track record of delivering sustainable growth while building brand love
  • Based in the UK or Berlin
  • Belief in HOLY’s mission and appetite to build a generational brand

The Process
As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.

  1. Getting to know you with Lutza, our Sr. Talent Partner: We will have a 30 minute screening interview where we will talk to you more about HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match.
  2. Hiring Manager interview with Matze, one of our HOLY Founders: We will dive a bit deeper into your experience and details of the role.
  3. Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study to complete at home. 
  4. On-site interview in Berlin: In this meeting the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions, you will meet our founders and some of our key stakeholders in the business
  5. Reference calls: At this stage, we’d like to connect with 1–2 former colleagues or managers who have worked closely with you. These conversations help us better understand your working style and strengths from those who know you professionally.
  6. Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!
