About the Position
We are growing fast, building the most loved soft drink brand of the 21st century, and therefore are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team to help create a vibrant workspace that reflects our energetic brand! As part of our People & Organization team, you'll be the heartbeat of the HOLY Temple - our beloved office space where the magic happens.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Office Manager to ensure that the space is well-organized, welcoming, and stocked with everything the team needs to thrive. You will assist with guest hospitality, restocking supplies, managing parcels, and supporting events. Your attention to detail, proactive mindset, and friendly presence will contribute directly to the team’s daily experience.
This position is ideal for someone eager to grow, learn, and bring positive energy to the workplace.
Responsibilities:- Managing basic daily tasks that keep the HOLY Temple clean, organized, and running smoothly.
- Supporting the restocking of snacks, drinks, and supplies to ensure the team always has what they need.
- Developing a strong understanding of Temple logistics by shadowing the Office Manager and assisting in operations.
- Working with the People & Org team to create a warm and welcoming experience for guests and team members.
- Assisting with hardware tracking and set up, and basic administrative tasks related to onboarding and equipment.

The Process
As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.
- Getting to know you: We will have a 30 minute screening interview where we will talk to you more about HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match.
- Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study to complete at home.
- On-site interview: In the meeting, Kylie, our Office Manager and the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions.
- Interview with Alan: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with Alan, our Sr. People Experience Manager. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
- Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!
