About the Position
As Head of E-Commerce, you’ll take ownership of HOLY’s shop and marketplace experience at one of Europe’s fastest-growing consumer brands — already over €100M in revenue and scaling toward €1B+ by 2028, with US expansion ahead.
You’ll lead both the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of our E-Commerce team — shaping customer journeys, driving conversion and AOV, and building the platform infrastructure that powers growth across D2C and marketplaces like Amazon and TikTok Shop.
You’ll be a coach, builder, and problem-solver — helping your team deliver smarter, faster, and with quality. You know when to step in, when to support, and when to clear the way.
As HOLY moves from a high-performing D2C brand toward a global omnichannel player, this role sits at the core of our commercial strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with Brand, Tech, Ops, CRM, and Growth — and help turn our shop from a delivery function into a strategic growth lever.
Core Responsibilities:
Customer Experience Ownership
Champion the ideal customer journey — clear, inspiring, and effortless. Be the internal advocate for our users, ensuring every touchpoint feels intuitive, premium, and on-brand. Translate friction into flow and optimize each step of the experience for trust, clarity, and emotional connection.
Conversion & Funnel Ownership
Own the entire digital customer journey — from discovery to post-purchase — across both our D2C shop and key marketplace channels like Amazon and TikTok. Use funnel data, user insights, and your own judgment to prioritize what drives AOV and CVR. Spot what moves the needle, and move quickly.
Shop Operations & Delivery Quality
Ensure error-free, on-time execution of campaigns, features, and content — across both the shop and marketplaces. Enforce robust QA, go-live, and ticketing processes. Work hands-on when timelines or quality are at risk. Manage coordination with external partners and agencies where needed.
Team Leadership & Process Building
Build, coach, and lead a high-performing E-Commerce team. Set rituals, sprint habits, and feedback standards. Drive ownership — but lead hands-on when needed.
Platform & Feature Ownership
Own the shop roadmap — from briefing to rollout. Prioritize features that improve UX, stability, and conversion. Bring clarity when the path forward is unclear across stakeholders and partners.
The Process

- Hiring Manager Interview with Moritz, our Operations Director
- Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study.
- Advanced discussion: In this on-site meeting, the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions in our office.
- Founder interview: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
- Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!
