About the Position
We’re hiring a
Country Manager France to lead our next phase of hypergrowth in one of HOLY’s most strategic markets.In just three years, HOLY has scaled from zero to €150M+ in revenue—profitable every single month.
Backed by a successful Series B, we’re doubling down in 2025. France is a key growth lever, with a €100M+ revenue target over the next two years, building on a strong mid-8-digit base and a rapidly growing fanbase of customers and creators.
As Country Manager, you’ll own the French online P&L and drive everything from creator strategy and paid social to local brand and go-to-market. You’ll work directly with our founders and c-suite, shaping the blueprint for how we win in France—and beyond.
This is a
Berlin-based role with a laser focus on the French market. You’ll operate cross-functionally from our HQ, while staying close to the ground where it counts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Own and grow the French online business — deliver against ambitious revenue, CAC, LTV, and margin targets
- Build a high-impact influencer engine — work with creators who bring the brand to life, blending cultural reach with performance
- Co-lead paid social with the central growth team — shape local strategy, steer creative testing, and optimize performance across Meta, TikTok, Google & more
- Bring the brand to life in France — adapt central campaigns, launch local-first ideas, and make HOLY unmistakably loved
- Drive trial and awareness through offline activations — from mass sampling to grassroots stunts and event moments
- Hire and lead a strong local team — from growth and CX to creator and community talent
- Collaborate across HQ — align with brand, creative, legal, ops, and product to move fast and at quality
About You
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to bring a blend of strategic acumen, creative instinct, and builder energy. Specifically, you should have:
- 5+ years experience in marketing, growth, brand, or general management roles—preferably in high-growth consumer brands
- Fluent French & English — this is non-negotiable
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate — we’ll support you with relocation if needed
- You believe in what we’re building — not just the growth, but the brand, the mission, and the community
- A full-stack growth mindset — you're commercially sharp, data-literate, and love owning a P&L
- Deep experience in influencer and paid social — you know how to build scalable creator programs and run scroll-stopping campaigns
- Strong creative instinct — you care about brand, storytelling, and emotional resonance—not just performance curves
- Local insight, global awareness — you understand French culture inside-out and know how to localize a global brand with finesse
- Builder energy — you move fast, prioritize well, and love building something from the ground up
- Leadership clarity — you attract talent, set direction, and create momentum
- Team player — you know when to lead, when to ask for help, and how to collaborate across functions

The Process

- Intro Call: A 30-minute screening with Luca, our Talent Partner. You’ll talk about HOLY, the role, your experience, and whether our expectations align.
- Hiring Manager Interview: You’ll meet Matze, one of our HOLY founders, to go deeper on your background, ambitions, and how you’d drive our growth in France.
- Case Study & Team Day: Once the first interviews go well, you’ll receive a short case study and come into our Berlin HQ to discuss it. You’ll also meet peers and potential direct reports to get a feel for the team and culture.
- Offer & Decision: If everything aligns, we’ll make you an offer and look forward to building HOLY France together.
