About the Position
After profitably scaling our online business to over €100M in less than three years, we ventured into retail this year, where we already launched +2,000 food retail stores in 6 months! Now, we're dedicated to growing this offline channel, transforming HOLY into a true international omnichannel brand.
To make this happen, we're looking for YOU - a Senior Retail Procurement Manager to be our growth catalyst on this journey. In this position, you’ll make sure our products are always available to meet the fast-paced retail demand. Your mission: manage all procurement operations across powder and non-powder products while enabling seamless availability and scalable supply chain processes for retail growth.
Retail Supply Chain Execution- Own all sourcing operations for retail SKUs -ensuring product availability across countries and sales channels
- Place and manage POs for powder, packaging, accessories, and finished goods -aligned with campaign calendars and production plans
- Monitor inbound shipments and inventory health to avoid stockouts and keep shelves filled
Supplier Management & Coordination- Act as the main point of contact for key suppliers -align on production priorities and timelines
- Proactively manage delays, reallocate capacity, and communicate changes to internal teams
- Maintain strong relationships through structured calls, planning alignment, and issue resolution
Order, Inventory & Data Accuracy- Keep ERP and databases up to date with accurate product info, packaging specs, weights, and lead times
- Track open POs and incoming goods to maintain full visibility into delivery timelines and risk
- Set up new products in the system in line with campaign and retail launch requirements
Cross-Functional Retail Support- Partner closely with Retail, Finance, and Ops to align supply with commercial plans
- Support go-to-market readiness for new launches, markets, and promotional campaigns
- Help unblock timelines, reduce complexity, and ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time
Projects & General Improvements- Continuously improve lead times and delivery reliability in collaboration with suppliers
- Contribute to projects like building the supply chain for a completely new product line, onboarding new suppliers, or expanding into new countries
- Design scalable and repeatable sourcing processes that support HOLY’s omnichannel growth

The Process
As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.

- Hiring Manager Interview with Alina: Deep dive into your experience and approach
- Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interview, you will receive a case study.
- Advanced discussion: In the second meeting, the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions in our office, the HOLY Temple.
- Founder interview: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with Fredi, one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
- Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark on this journey together with you!
