About the Position
As Video Editor (Content Translation) at HOLY, you’ll serve as the bridge between our video production and local markets, making sure that every piece of video content meets the highest standards in every language we operate in. You’ll lead the localisation process, manage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in video translation and editing workflows.
This role is essential in ensuring our international audiences receive emotionally resonant, high-quality content that reflects the HOLY brand.
Responsibilities:- You will have ownership over the end-to-end video localisation process across multiple languages and stakeholders.
- You will lead the exploration and implementation of cutting-edge AI tools like ElevenLabs and HeyGen to enhance quality and workflow efficiency.
- You will work cross-functionally with the video team and the country teams to ensure brand tone and technical quality.
- You will support the creation of emotionally resonant videos in the HOLY style, occasionally crafting them yourself based on scripts or outlines.

The Process
As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.
- Getting to know you: You will have a 30-minute screening interview with Lutza, our Sr. Talent Partner, where we will talk to you more about HOLY and the position, and see if our expectations match.
- Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interview, you will receive a case study. You have two days to complete this case study.
- Advanced discussion: In the second meeting, Leon will discuss your case study with you and answer questions in a 60-minute session.
- Interview with Matze: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with Matze , one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
- Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!
