About the Position
As a Senior Product Manager at HOLY, you'll lead our beverage portfolio into the next phase of growth as we expand from pure D2C into an omnichannel brand. Your mission: Drive innovation through new flavors, formats, and product lines while building scalable systems for global expansion.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Development & Roadmap Execution- Lead end-to-end development of new powders and future product lines—from concept to launch—always keeping the HOLY customer at the center
- Drive innovation cycles for new flavors and limited drops by leveraging customer insights, feedback, and market trends—ensuring a strong and balanced flavor portfolio that combines best-selling core SKUs with exciting seasonal and limited-time launches.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap with a clear focus on taste, experience, and brand fit—ensuring every product is something our Squad loves
Product Architecture & SKU System- Manage HOLY’s entire product system: Categories, flavors and formats, balancing
- Balance simplicity and excitement—reducing internal complexity while offering customers variety and surprise
- Support hardware and merch development (e.g. bottles) that enhances the product experience, usability, and brand love
Compliance & Country Readiness- Ensure every product is safe, compliant, and ready for launch across new countries and retail environments
- Work with external labs, legal counsel, and certification bodies to meet labeling, ingredient, and regulatory standards—ensuring the customer experience is smooth and trustworthy
- Develop scalable internal processes to handle formulation constraints, risk assessments, and compliance documentation
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution- Collaborate with SCM, Ops, and Finance to align product specs with sourcing, cost, and margin targets—without compromising customer satisfaction
- Ensure all documentation (BOMs, tech packs, product specs) is complete and accurate so the customer gets what they expect, every time
- Continuously improve based on customer data, reviews, and post-launch feedback—turning learnings into product iterations and enhancements
