About the Position
We’re looking for a
Chief Operations Officer to build the operational engine that powers HOLY’s next chapter—from €100M to €1B. At HOLY, operations aren’t just a backend function—they
define the customer experience. Every delivery, support ticket, and logistics moment is a brand touchpoint. Our ops are fast, human, and (when done right) a little bit magical.
You’ll take full ownership of
~50% of the company’s P&L and lead a team of 20+ across Supply Chain, Fulfillment and Customer Service. You’ll balance
CX, scale, growth, and
profitability, while serving as the operational bridge between Product, Retail, Growth, and Finance.

without killing the magic—someone who helps us scale the culture, quality, and customer love we’re known for.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Production & Supply Chain Management- Lead global planning, procurement, inventory, and manufacturing across D2C and retail
- Manage strategic partners including co-manufacturers and ingredient suppliers
- Drive long-term investments (e.g. JVs, machinery) to ensure scalable and resilient operations
Logistics, Fulfillment & Delivery Excellence- Oversee warehousing, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery across all key markets
- Manage 3PLs to ensure speed, reliability, and cost-efficiency
- Build infrastructure that scales across channels—while keeping every delivery a brand moment
Customer Service & Experience- Lead a high-performing CS team that’s fast, human, and deeply HOLY
- Scale support through automation and AI—without losing warmth and personality
- Own key experience KPIs (NPS, CSAT, resolution time) and elevate the post-purchase journey
Systems, Forecasting & Cross-Functional Execution- Own ERP (Odoo) as a strategic platform for transparency, accuracy, and collaboration
- Design lean workflows that connect Ops with Finance, Growth, Product, and Retail
- Lead planning processes (S&OP, retail ramp-ups, launch readiness) to ensure smooth execution
Team & Leadership- Lead and scale a 20+ person team across Ops, Supply Chain, CS, and Program Management, with senior leads for each function reporting into the COO
- Report directly to the Co-CEO, aligning day-to-day operations with broader company strategy
- Build a culture of clarity, ownership, and execution—with heart—by coaching senior leaders and developing the next layer of talent

- ERP adoption & cross-functional data quality
- Operational cost control, quality assurance & P&L contribution
