About the Position
Influencer marketing is a central part of our marketing mix. As we expand into Poland, we're building our Polish Partnerships team from the ground up. This role offers a unique opportunity to pioneer our influencer marketing strategy in a new market, working with creators across gaming, sports, and lifestyle verticals. Whether on Twitch, YouTube, or Instagram, we seek authentic creators with strong communities who will love our product.
Our performance-oriented partnership approach has established HOLY as one of the leading influencer brands in the DACH region.
In this role, you will build the Polish talent pool and manage the entire partnership process—from initial contact through contract negotiations to ongoing relationship management with creators and agencies. You'll be responsible for managing expectations, providing constructive performance feedback, and cultivating meaningful partnerships that drive growth in the Polish market.
Responsibilities:- You will execute and potentially iterate our performance-driven influencer marketing strategy for the Polish market, including creator selection, outreach, contract negotiation, and relationship management to achieve channel KPIs.
- Build our presence from scratch and establish close, long-term partnerships with Poland's leading creators.
- Ability to manage and strategically invest budgets exceeding €50,000 achieving planned returns regarding New Customer and further efficiency metrics
- You will create a best-in-class partnership program specifically tailored to the Polish market to set HOLY apart from competitors and other sponsors.
- You will collaborate with creators and our internal creative team to execute localized campaigns that boost sales and generate buzz for our brand in Poland.

The Process
As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.
- Getting to know you: You will have a 30-minute screening interview with our Talent Partner discussing HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match.
- Hiring Manager Interview with Phil: Diving deeper into some more technical topics and your experience with Phil, our CMO & Co-Founder.
- Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study.
- In-person discussion: In this on-site meeting, Phil and the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions in our office, the HOLY Temple. In addition, you’ll meet parts of the HOLY leadership team and learn more about HOLY’s culture, vision, and team.
- Job offer and decision: Once the process is completed, we will take the time to present you with a competitive offer, including a share package, and answer any questions you have regarding the employment, before you joining our journey.
