About the Position
Having grown HOLY from 0 to €70m+ revenue in three years, we aim to double our business in 2025. The Operations team is a fundamental part of this journey, ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the entire journey - from website visit to delivery and support. To achieve our vision of becoming a global, omni-channel, better-for-you soft drink brand, we're seeking exceptional talent like you.
As the Project Manager, you will work closely with our Director of Operations to drive team performance and key initiatives, facilitate decision-making processes through clear and concise analyses and dashboards, ensure effective coordination and communication across the team and beyond, and simply get things done.
Your responsibilities include:- Organizational Support: Drive Operations team effectiveness by supporting performance management (e.g., preparing Weekly Business Review), crafting clear internal communications (from team and project updates to monthly all-hands or board slides), and maintaining our internal workspaces (Notion and Slack for documentation and communication).
- Dashboarding and Analytics: Provide clarity through meaningful dashboards (e.g., KPI Steering Dashboard) and outcome-driven analyses that enhance understanding of workflows (e.g., return behavior and impact) and deliver actionable insights.
- Cross-functional Projects: Drive outcomes across teams by managing cross-functional initiatives—either supporting the Director of Operations or independently leading smaller projects (e.g., optimizing customer service automation) with full ownership.
- Ad-Hoc Requests: Support the Director of Operations by handling various emerging needs and priorities efficiently.

You will report to our Director of Operations, Moritz (that's me!), who is leading our shop, logistics, customer service and central operations teams. You'll contribute to our growth, shape the operations function decisively, and manage projects end-to-end. In this role, you will gain knowledge about building and scaling operations within one of the fastest-growing consumer brands in Europe, and clear long-term growth paths into domain expertise or people leadership within the company.
