About the Position
After scaling HOLY from 0 to €70m+ revenue profitably within three years, we continue our trajectory and aim to more than double our business in 2025. To achieve our goal to become a global, omnichannel, better-for-you soft drink brand, we need exceptional individuals to join our team, and that's where you come in.
As the Founder's Associate, you will support our founders and extended leadership team by managing key initiatives and taking ownership of high-impact projects. Your work will range from improving our HOLY operating system to launching new business opportunities and just getting things done. Your responsibilities include:
- Manage HOLY Operating System - Lead roadmap planning, OKR process, and facilitate internal communications through company-wide meetings. Facilitate performance reviews and company off-sites.
- Drive New Business Initiatives- Lead strategic projects, such as developing a proof of concept for retail stores in 2025, while supporting growth initiatives in product, distribution, and geographic expansion.
- Cross-functional Leadership - Drive organizational initiatives requiring founder involvement, manage cross-functional collaboration, and handle urgent tasks to maintain business momentum.
You will report to our founder and co-CEO, Mathias, who is leading our brand, people, and new business efforts. Within two years, you will gain knowledge about building and scaling a consumer brand that Fredi, Phil, and I possess, which will lay the perfect foundation for leading a function at HOLY or even starting your own company.
This position requires a true generalist, a fast learner, and an excellent project manager who is smart, hungry, and humble. Are you in?

The Process
As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.
- Getting to know you: You will have a 30-minute screening interview with Luca our Talent Partner, where you will talk about HOLY, the position, your experience and see if our expectations match.
- Hiring Manager Interview with Matze: Diving deeper into some more technical topics and your experience.
- Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study.
- In-person discussion: In this on-site meeting, Matze and Joanna, our former FA will discuss your case study with you and answer questions.
- Additional founder Interview: As a strong cultural fit is crucial to us, you will meet one of our other co-founders Fredi or Phil. This gives both you and us a chance for a final check.
- Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!
