About the Position
As a Portfolio & Sourcing Manager, you are responsible for driving our product portfolio to ensure innovative, high-quality products that resonate with our customers. You manage the full lifecycle of our products, from ideation to launch, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions for large-scale campaigns. In this role, you will own the product development process, creating flavor briefings, managing external suppliers, and ensuring that product assets are finalized on time. You also oversee a diverse range of products, from powders to drinkware and merchandise, working closely with suppliers to achieve the best quality and price balance. Your role also includes optimizing product performance, using customer insights, and preparing all necessary documentation to maintain a well-organized product database.
Responsibilities:- Own the complete product development process, from flavor creation to managing documentation and finalizing product assets.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure a diverse, high-quality, and competitively priced range of drinkware and merchandise.
- Drive campaign-specific product launches by working closely with the brand activation team to align on design and production timelines.
- Monitor product performance and optimize pricing through strategic supplier partnerships.
- Utilize customer and market insights to support innovation and growth across the product portfolio.

The Process
As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.

- Hiring Manager Interview wit Ali: Diving deeper into some more technical topics and your experience.
- Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study.
- In-person discussion: In this on-site meeting, the Ali and the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions.
- Interview with Fredi: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with Fredi , one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
