About the Position
After profitably scaling our online business to over €60M in less than three years, we ventured into retail this year, launching in over 1,500 food stores in just six months! Now, we're dedicated to growing this offline channel, transforming HOLY into a true international omnichannel brand!
As the Venture Development Intern, you'll support the Venture Development and Retail Team by taking on their workload and owning a diverse range of important initiatives. This could include supporting HOLY's current retail efforts, contributing to company-wide topics like goal-setting, or simply getting things done efficiently.
You'll report to our Sr. Venture Development Manager, Joanna, who—along with Ben, our Director of Retail & Omnichannel—is leading our retail expansion. In this role, you'll have a front-row seat to HOLY's next growth lever and play a crucial part in our next growth phase?
Responsibilities:- You will contribute to HOLY's retail expansion, from conducting in-store tastings to strategically supporting new retail product launches.
- You will assist with crucial company initiatives, such as our quarterly goal-setting process, helping to foster a values-led, lean, and agile team.
- You will engage in retail project management, supporting the retail team by coordinating workstreams across sales, marketing, and operations. This can include customer research, meeting support, activation preparations, and order management.
- You will support multiple teams, assisting with ongoing projects and providing ad hoc support ranging from analytical research to hands-on activities.

The Process
As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.
- Getting to know you: We will have a 30-minute screening interview with Luca where we will talk to you more about HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match.
- Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interview, you will receive a case study.
- Advanced discussion: In the second meeting, Joanna will discuss your case study with you and answer questions on-site, in our office.
- Founder interview: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
- Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!
